What ever happened to "Cartoon Network"?????

Let it be said that I am a kid at heart, I enjoy watching (good) cartoons and love just laughing with myself. Over the past few years I have noticed Cartoon Network has become total and utter shit, just shit. Remember the old CN logo? The checkerboard logo? Yeah that logo, that meant everything to my childhood. I remember watching those new Courage the Cowardly dog episodes and being freaked the fuck out. I remember watching Johnny Bravo and not quite understanding that all Johnny really wanted was a slut to bang. Those were the days. And for that matter, what ever happened to Nickelodeon?!? Where is my Rocket Power? Remember that one episode where they meet Tony Hawk? That is my favorite one by far. But I guess things change, people adapt, things evolve. I guess it's human nature to change things. But sometimes, I want things to stay the same...

    I remember watching shows on saturday morning that were just awesome, or atleast I thought at the time. Beyblades, Metabots, all that great stuff :D

    I didn't really get to watch cartoon network when I was younger, as we didn't have sky. Had to stick to cbbc/citv. Wasn't too bad.

    I totaly agree with you, i loved watching dexter, the powerpuffs ect ect when i was younger. Now when i se my younger brother watch it its only hanna montana and other bad comics

    Man, when I was a kid I use to wake up at about 6:00 AM JUST to watch the Mega Man cartoon. I loved the game and it seemed like that was the only time it was on!!

    I still love my cartoons (gf isn't so crazy about it), but there is nothing good on anymore! Just finished watched all the old DBZ episodes recently.. not sure what to do now lol.
