Gaining muscle from home is always hard, so you'll have to be serious about it. 120lbs sounds a little light, i don't think you'll have to worry about cutting soda and stuff out of your diet, but then again it is aways good to eat well. He goes into great detail about a variety of body-weight exercises that will help you get into shape very fast!<br /><br />Also, if you can, check out P90X. I hear many great things and am planning on trying it myself.<br /><br />But be careful: you don't want to burn yourself out doing two-a-days right from the get-go. Easing into a routine is definitely a better way of starting.
